This month we welcome Robert Valenzuela. Robert will be presenting “How to Pay Accounting and Finance Professionals in a Changing Market”

The Demand for Accounting & Finance Talent is on the Rise.

Fueled by economic growth, demand is on the rise. This has created a competitive labor market - a market in which candidates, especially those with specialized skills, can pick & choose their jobs. Because of this, it's now more important than ever for employers to offer quite a bit in order to hire & retain top talent and win the war for talent.

To build a talented & motivated team, you need a terrific culture. Your employees should strike a healthy work-life balance, have opportunities to give back to the community, and generally, be engaged in a positive environment.

But at the core of every job is salary. Any accounting & finance professional is unlikely to accept a job offer - or stick around long if they do - without a generous number.

This event will provide exactly what you need to offer the right salaries & employ the best talent. You'll find:

Accurate up-to-date salary information  & total cash compensation

Figures based on company size & geographic location

Detailed salaries that drill down positions by experience level

Professionals with CMA or CPA designations earn much more than their non-certified peers

About Robert:

Rob has made good use of his BA Degree in Economics from California State University, San Bernardino. He has partnered with small and large companies in the Inland Empire for over 10 years, specializing in accounting and finance recruitment and retention. Rob has contributed in the placement of over 1,000 candidates in the Inland market.

Prior to joining the recruitment and consulting industry, Rob was a public school teacher for the Val Verde Unified School District. If you have met Rob, you already know that his market research and knowledge make him a true consultant, and his teaching mentality comes through on almost every visit. Rob prides himself on sincerely trying to help and on doing the homework to get it right the first time.
