Rancho Cucamonga, CA, July 1, 2016 – The IMA®  Inland Empire Chapter is proud to announce our July Technical Meeting. The next meeting will take place on Thursday July 21st, 2016.

This month we welcome Bob Staiger, Principal, Swenson Corporation. Bob will be presenting “Growing Your Business: Get Hold of the Next Level”

Drawing on twenty-eight years of experience in public accounting, Bob Staiger has developed a broad base of technical experience in serving businesses ranging from small, closely held companies to multinational corporations. He has gained significant experience in issues affecting a wide range of industries including: manufacturing, distribution, transportation, construction, food services, petroleum, technology, and professional services.

Bob spent six years with Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an audit manager serving middle market and large publicly held corporations. Today, Bob is the lead instructor for Swenson University - an accelerated MBA style executive training program for Inland Empire business owners and key managers who are committed to well-managed growth.

In 5 years from now many businesses will arrive, the question is where?

A company's current state is a reflection of past choices. It's future state will be a reflection of your current choices. Today's choices, based on today's information, impacts tomorrow's outcomes. Better information equals better decision and a better future.

We will discuss how to:

  • improve the quality of information for decision makers
  • analyze critical ratios and identify critical drivers
  • set strategy and directions, beginning with the end in mind
  • link financial goals with business activities
  • a new definition of profit including people and processes
